RediSearch - Monitoring need for reindex and performing a reindex operation when needed

Is it possible to monitor the need for a reindex - like when a % of documents have been added but index not updated?

Which command can assist with the reindex operation when needed. Please also include any best practice recommendations for scheduling this and if it is possible to check the progress of it.

I am not sure why you think you need to reindex? When you get the OK reply on FT.ADD command the document was already indexed and you should find it on your search queries…
