I have a very old Redis Cache instance that needs to be upgraded from 2.8.9 to the latest version 7.2. I don’t have Redis Cache expertise in house, so I’m wondering if there are any breaking changes or major upgrade issues that I need to be aware of in this upgrade path.
- Can I go directly from 2.8.9 to 7.2 or do I need to install intermediate versions on the way?
- Any breaking changes between the current and latest version?
- Any other issues I should be aware of?
