Windows support for production deployment

Hi Team,

I was exploring an option to run redis on a windows machine and came across a link which discuss about configuring redis through WSL (Running Redis on Windows 10 | Redis Labs). So I just wanted to check if I can use this as a production ready approach or do you guys recommend using redis deployment through this method.

Hi Girish,

We only recommend this method on Windows for development. For production deployments, there are a number of options, but we’d recommend our cloud product: https://redislabs.com/redis-enterprise-cloud/overview/
